Jobs Connect is a City of Cape Town initiative launched in partnership with Leelyn Management. Together, they offer unemployed residents work readiness skills and access to entry-level and skilled jobs.

Jobs Connect project is targeting unemployed residents within the catchment area of the City of Cape Town while appealing to businesses to participate in the Jobs Connect project. We are targeting all sectors of the economy with the view to get opportunities for unemployed people. There is an element of educational placement for skills development working with training institution.

THE PROBLEM

THE SOLUTION

  • NO PAPER CVS as online prompts are used to populate one pager profiles
  • NO TRAVEL COST prior to interviews; job seekers can search and apply for jobs from the comfort of their own homes.
  • RELEVANT & NEARBY JOBS available to job seekers.
  • EQUAL OPPORTUNITY for job seekers to apply for
