Are you an exceptional social entrepreneur solving challenges in areas such as Education, Food Sustainability, Healthcare, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability? 

FNB and business growth specialists Fetola have teamed up to amplify the impact of 50 entrepreneurs tackling pressing social, environmental, and economic issues in South Africa via the Social Entrepreneurship Impact Lab™ (SEIL). 

What is SEIL? 
SEIL is a dynamic, 18-month programme aimed at accelerating the growth of social entrepreneurs wanting to scale their business models and improve their investment readiness. 

How does it work?
SEIL is a dynamic, 18-month programme aimed at accelerating the growth of social entrepreneurs wanting to scale their business models and improve their investment readiness. 

Phase 1: During the initial 12-months, 50 entrepreneurs get access to targeted and practical business growth support along with an introduction to investment readiness.

Phase 2: 20 high potential enterprises will be selected from the original 50 to receive further investment readiness support during the six-month second phase. To fast-track their enterprises, these entrepreneurs will receive personalised solutions, including: 
· Individual mentorship from skilled and experienced mentors
· Access to powerful peer networks
· Targeted introductions to potential partners and finance providers
· Investment readiness support to build healthy resilience and lasting scale

Who should apply?
To be eligible, applicants must: 
· Be at least 51% black-owned with an annual turnover not exceeding R10m
· Offer a market-ready product or service that delivers positive social impact
· Be scalable
· Be operational for a minimum of 6 months Have job creation and growth potential
· Be a registered enterprise run on for-profit principles
· Operate within South Africa’s borders
· Have a proven track record including market traction
· Focus on high-impact sectors such as water, energy, waste, food security, education or technology
