Sarebi’s program contains 2 key elements being Business Model Innovation and Operational Support.
Our business-savvy workshops are focused on pre-revenue or aspirant entrepreneurs and consist of three modules presented in a small group peer-learning workshop format using an E-classroom methodology. The program has been designed to allow participants to develop their business model with a specific focus on the value proposition, business case, and business model. The outcome of this programme is entrepreneurs with a solid understanding of what they are letting themselves in for; an improved level of business skills; a clear understanding of their value proposition, a clear understanding of the feasibility of their business idea and a solid grasp of the moving parts of a business model.
The business resilience program is only available to trading businesses that have proof of revenue and at least 6 months of trade history. This program has a dual approach including both the soft skills development of the business owner and developing the hard skills of managing money and operations. It is focused on ensuring that all the operational challenges that often hamstring new businesses at the early pre-growth stage are addressed before entrepreneurs attempt to scale the business if indeed scaling is a viable option. This offering comprises a full suite of accounting, human resources, industrial relations, payroll management, and back end IT services.
