Business Development Programme.
Ideation & Pre Revenue support – Sarebi has done substantive work in this area with great success and several recommendations from previous participants on our pre revenue support workshops. The current Solve My Problem, Product Market Fit and 1-2-3 Trade workshop series have taken on board substantive learning on the needs of early-stage entrepreneurs still working out what they are trying to do. These modules use the Strategizer Value Proposition and Business Model Canvass templates cleverly integrated with the Growthwheel online learning platform to provide a holistic learning experience. Both of these programs are also facilitated through the Google Classroom online learning platform.
Post Revenue Operational Support – Based on the feedback of our past and current entrepreneurs, most entrepreneurs find it very difficult managing the start-up stage while taking care of accounts, HR, IT and the other operational aspects of the business. For this reason, Sarebi has developed a packages of post revenue support that takes care of the mundane tasks of making sure the business is in good financial hands and that performance tracking takes place. Sarebi uses well-known web-enabled software products, such as SAGE, Google-suite to support this process.
