The 20th annual African Utility Week & POWERGEN Africa conference and exhibition is comprised of innovators and global industry leaders at the forefront of development on the continent, sharing insights to facilitate interaction and knowledge transfer with the aim of driving progress and development in Africa.
· Speaking – With over 300 speaking opportunities the length and format can be in the form of a roundtable facilitator, panellist, case study presenter, demo speaker, chairperson or technical PPT presenter. We match the session topic, audience and speaking objective with a format.
· Exhibition- African Utility Week & PowerGen Africa offers exhibitors a wide range of stands to choose from in a wide range of sectors of interest. The key sectors for the exhibition floor are water, power generation, transmission and distribution, & renewables. Our stands come in two options: Shell scheme (pre-built exhibition booth with chairs, carpets, table, lighting, carpets, name on a fascia board, power connections etc.) and Raw Space for your own custom built stand. These stands range from sizes as small as 9m² (3×3) to any size you request (within reason). Taking space on the exhibition floor is the most basic but effective form of participation at the event and is geared towards one on one discussions and lead generation.
· Speaking- We kindly ask for people and organisation who wish to speak to complete the speaker abstract form
· Exhibition- In order to exhibit at the event, you will need to book an exhibition space that is within your budget. These are subject to availability. Exhibition booths are sold at rates of Shell Scheme: ZAR 6195 per m² and Raw Space: ZAR 5620 per m². all costs exclude 6% service fee and VAT. Should you wish to book a stand, you will need to fill in a booking agreement form which will be drawn up according to your specifications.
