STEP 1: When signed up, discuss your challenge/question with our design thinking expert in a virtual call.
STEP 2: Meet and brief your co-learners: 12 MBA students from the University of Amsterdam, on Tuesday 17 January 2023 afternoon, at your offices.

STEP 3: Join your co-learners for customer conversations in community on Wednesday, 18 January 2023 morning.
STEP 4: Join your co-learners for a report back and sharing of insights on Friday, 20 January 2023 morning, at the UCT Graduate School of Business.
