Self service user guide

We are excited to share that the Green Business Support Services Directory, supported by the International Trade Centre (ITC), has a new and improved look!

Updating an Existing Business Listing

  1. On the GBSSD homepage, click the โ€œLog inโ€ button in the main top navigation.
  2. Youโ€™ll see two input fields โ€” one for your username and one for your password. Enter the email address associated with your business as the username, then click the โ€œLost your password?โ€ link.
  3. Follow the prompts and provide your email address to reset your password.
  4. Youโ€™ll receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
  5. Once your password is reset, youโ€™ll be redirected to the login page. Use your updated credentials to log in.
  6. After logging in, select โ€œManage Business Listings.โ€ Your registered business(es) will appear on the following page.
  7. Locate your business listing and click โ€œUpdate Listing.โ€
  8. You can now edit any of the available input fields with your updated business information.
  9. When youโ€™re done, click โ€œUpdate.โ€ Your changes will automatically appear on the public listing for your business on the site.

Registering a New Business Listing

  1. Click the โ€œRegister Your Support Businessโ€ button.
  2. Fill in all the required fields in the registration form and submit your application.
  3. Youโ€™ll receive an email from GBSSD notifying you whether your application has been approved or rejected.
  4. If your application is approved, youโ€™ll receive a link that allows you to access and update your new business listing.
  5. If your application is rejected you will receive an email stating so.

The guide includes everything you need, whether you already have a profile or are creating one for the first time.
