Updating an Existing Business Listing
- On the GBSSD homepage, click the “Log in” button in the main top navigation.
- You’ll see two input fields — one for your username and one for your password. Enter the email address associated with your business as the username, then click the “Lost your password?” link.
- Follow the prompts and provide your email address to reset your password.
- You’ll receive an email containing a password reset link. Click the link and follow the instructions to set a new password.
- Once your password is reset, you’ll be redirected to the login page. Use your updated credentials to log in.
- After logging in, select “Manage Business Listings.” Your registered business(es) will appear on the following page.
- Locate your business listing and click “Update Listing.”
- You can now edit any of the available input fields with your updated business information.
- When you’re done, click “Update.” Your changes will automatically appear on the public listing for your business on the site.
Registering a New Business Listing
- Click the “Register Your Support Business” button.
- Fill in all the required fields in the registration form and submit your application.
- You’ll receive an email from GBSSD notifying you whether your application has been approved or rejected.
- If your application is approved, you’ll receive a link that allows you to access and update your new business listing.
- If your application is rejected you will receive an email stating so.
