Skills Transfer: Champions receive accredited technical training (installation, maintenance) and critical entrepreneurial skills (sales, administration, debt management) over a nine-month period.
Asset Ownership: The Champion is entrusted with managing their own micro-territory, acting as the local Peco Power agent. They operate using the proprietary Champion App, which serves as a complete Business-in-a-Box, automating invoicing, customer management, and payment processing.
Sustainable Income: Champions earn a fee on every active subscription in their territory, ensuring a predictable, long-term revenue stream tied directly to the positive impact they create by keeping homes and micro-businesses electrified.
